I'm hitting it again today... every time I diet, I have this problem, and I don't know if it's just me, or if everyone does it. But this was the BIGGEST reason I think Atkins didn't work for me....
When I'm following a diet, somewhere in the first two weeks, I get to a place where I am not hungry at all anymore...
When I'm not hungry, I don't eat... then I all of the sudden I'm starving, and I eat whatever is closest to me.... LOL Of course that is a cycle that is not good, I KNOW I need to eat.... but it's hard to find time sometimes, and if I'm doing schoolwork or reading, or whatever, I just simply forget!
What do you do? does it happen to anyone else?
