Now that we are starting the second week, I'm wondering if anyone else is making some resolutions as to what they will do differently this week?
I have a few...
1. Make sure I drink ALL my water each day.
2. Resist the snack foods at the basketball games and bring something healthy with me instead, along with my bottle of water.
3. Mostly, I want to find the strength to stay out of the coffee room at break time at work. They eat too much and too many good things! I really wish it was warmer outside so I could take a 15 minute walk, but instead I resolve to go to the weight room in the basement at work and walk on the treadmill.
