Would like to know what your fvorite television cooking show is.....there seem to be many of them. I have been watching "Simply Ming" on PBS. His east/west recipes are extremely interesting. He starts out with a basic recipe and then shows how it can be used in making various dishes.
Recently he gave a recipe for a scrumptious Black Pepper Garlic Sauce....and the other day I caught his show on making and using Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache in a variety of ways.
