Belle my Rottweiler Has just hit on my last nerve!! I am so stressed with this dog!! she is two and a half and a pain in my !@#$%!! Okay she is a chewer, she wakes up and goes to sleep, thinking what can i find to chew up ,or tear up!! You can not leave anything out side even up high, like on the freezer ,that she will not get up there and get! I set some bags up there christmas eve to air out with all our christmas presents in them from my family because they all smoke yuck!! and they smelled like cigarettes, and she got ( in just 5 minutes out there) up there and grabbed my brand new levis and toook them in the yard and chewed a hole in the seat!! any thing paper or plastic or aluminum she will chew up!! all my kids outside toys have teeth marks in them if they aren't totally chewed up. Now i went out there last night put some plastic insulation on the pipes where her water is and taped it up with duck tape , and thought she is going to chew this off she is already eyeballing it as i do this! she was!!! so i thought humm i will put a pie plate around it tape it up she won't mess with it then, HUH!!!!!! I am a dummy!! went out this morning 20 degerees out there she had chewed it all left nothing on it!! even the pie plate was in little bitty pieces it's a wonder her intestines aren't bleeding!!! what do i do with this dog how can i get her out of this very bad bad habit!! I have threaten to have all her teeth pulled out!!
