Amber Rose

Westbrook, ME(Zone 5a)

The first bloom I got on this one. It's a nice soft, pastel color. I only got a couple of flowers at the end of the season but I hope it will do better next year.

I had the pot sunk in the ground, bloomed very well all last summer. Mine is a little more peach colored.

Mine was peachy turning to amber color. I no longer have it. Here, it bloomed with a dirty looking bloom. I'm sure that the soil difference came into play again. I had it planted in the ground. Just didn't turn out to be a favorite, so I shared cuttings and let it go.

Mine was sunk in in it's pot. I think it was too shadey for it to thrive. It looks a lot like Dr.D to me.

Beautiful PoppySue. I have got to get DH to make the back door on the GH. I have bugs on my Hibiscus blooms and can't get to it to spray before they get on everything. I also have a brug blooming back there and don't know which one it is.
