I bought Corkie an extra large crate and then eventually I gave it to Sugar (now gone) because she grew to be even larger than Corkie.
Now the crate is back to Corkie. Lucy decided it was just too big for one dog. She climbed in there one night and the two of them have become sleeping buddies ever since.
Corkie is on the left and Lucy on the right. Lucy seems to need a cuddle pal! She is always on my lap when we watch TV or close to one of the other dogs.
I bet she would have made an ideal mother if she were not spayed.
