imzadi, I don't have any seeds to trade, but they're so common around here, I image that SOMEBODY does. (Sheesh, I notice that nobody has them listed as "have's" in their tradelists - I guess next fall I should mosey down to a nearby park where several large Tulip Trees are growing and figure out how to collect some!)

You might try contacting some of the members who posted comments in the PDB entry: http://plantsdatabase.com/go/1031/Tulip+Poplar%2C+Tulip+Tree_Liriodendron_tulipifera.html - if the pictures they took are of their own tree(s), maybe they have some seeds :o)

If you're referring to the tulip poplar, I can get some from local trees.

i am refering to the poplar. its the huge tree where i know the flowers are green orange tulipes shaped but never get to see them since they are so high. not the african type one. the one here in the USA.

Yes thats the tulip poplar, I grabbed what I thought were seedlings once but found out later that it was poison ivy or something along those lines. It went into file 13.

LesTate if you have some of those seeds I would really like to have some. I can sase or send you a list of the few seeds I do have.

LesTate you have mail.
