Anyone have Witch Hazel seeds?

Spokane, WA(Zone 5b)

(and can you even propagate them that way)?

I posted this in the plant trading section and haven't had any results. Will try this forum now.

I hear they bloom even in the winter, in the snow. When I went to the database I saw them in a variety of colors. I prefer the pinks, but yellow would be nice too. I understand they are pretty all year round and very fragrant.

H919 WITCH HAZEL. HAMAMALIS.
The bark, leaves and twigs of this beautiful garden tree yields the Witch Haxel of pharmacy use. The extract contains substances which tend to constrict the blood vessels with the effect of preventing bleeding. The leaves turn yellow in fall and yellow flowers are also present. Zones 5-9.
12 seeds $2.00

We have a Witch Hazel tree also, but it is very hard to collect seeds because when they are ready they are expelled forcefully and thrown from the tree. I believe the seed was described somewhere as a black shiny seed. Legit
