Pink skin on top before on dog nose?

My dog Skippy has some fall off hair near by nose so wonder why you think she is sick or something like allergy or colds? Please tell me.
She look fine and play still has cold nose no fever or anything but weird no hair some on top before her black nose.
I never see like that before.
