Someone asked for a picture of Suav. Variegata. This was two years ago.

Great picture, Shirley. It's lovely. I just love variegated plants.

I don't have it anymore. Just plain ran out of room at the inn.

Hi Shirley, I love it! Just a quick question, in the pic it looks like it's in full sun...is that right? Are most of your brugs in morning sun or some in full sun? I have places in full (Oklahoma swealtering) sun that I would love to put some brugs, but I'm too scared to.

Brinda :)

Brin, that one was in full sun all summer. It did very well there. I do have some that I keep in only morning sun, but most are in full sun due to the fact that it is either feast or famine for sun here.

Brugie, didn't you find as life went on that Suaveolens Variegata was a non-event?

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

I actually liked it, but so did the mites. It was just kind of a perky little brug.

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

suaveolens variegata didnt like my climate very well and the cool overwintering topped it! I dont have Klerx variegata anymoe.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

I never tried to overwinter one. It could have been a problem for me here too.

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

Very nice indeed, this one I have killed a couple of times now.
