The spring and summer 2004 Logees catalog is out...what a wish book..I wish I could have everything in it!!The website should be updated too by now. Great new plants for collectors.........wheres my checkbook.. LOL
New Logees catalog is out!
I'm drooling here too!!!
I haven't received mine yet...boo hoo. I ordered several things from them this year and they are all doing great.
Donna
Definitely will be making my first purchase from them this year!
I am going to get my order in for Lady Margret and Ruby glow,I have missed out the last 2 yrs,if I miss again I am giving up.
What are they root? I might need them also, LOL.....
I noticed they don't have the Loreley brug listed this year. I guess they haven't done too well with it. I wonder if it's just a slow grower?
There's a new tetraploid passion flower that caught my eye :)
I have Lady Margaret, lost my 3 yr. old Alata Ruby Glo. I don't know how many Coccinea I have bought, but not buying anymore. Will stick with Vitifolia, seems to do better for me and blooms almost the same as Coccinea.
These are Passion Flowers, Kristi.
Oh, passifloras?
Might need those!
Dang, I'm always late getting my catalog. Guess I'll go browse the site.
I got my catalog and was so engrossed in it that I took it to the hockey game tonite so I could keep looking at the stuff....I don't know why but I got some strange looks.....
And Root,Lady Margaret is up there on my list too!
I have had Lady Margaret before..its every thing they say it is...just as pretty as its pictures!
OK Kyle,why don't you have her anymore?No room?other interests?
Or did you find a prettier one?
It got froze a while back by accident.. :-( its a great passionflower blooms great.
I haven't received my Logees yet either. In the Christmas issue they list Fockea Crispa. I am not familiar with it. Has anyone tried growing it. It is one of caudex type plants. Looks intersting. Donna
I received my Logees catalogue yesterday. Still lookin' and droolin'......
I just went to the web site and they don't have many brugs at all. However, I think I'm going to order a Suaveolens Variegata again. Then that will lead to ordering more plants of some kind. I can't seem to get out of there without at least 50-60 plus postage and that is on a good day. Most times I hit the $125 mark and could go on from there but have to get a grip at some point.
Brugie, did you see that they have the tacoma stans in their catalog this year? Also that baleria that I like so much. I have some baleria, but can't root it. I need a Cala-lesson in rooting.
Roz, are you talking about baleria with a purple bloom? I have that. I may have a rooted piece. I'll be in Biloxi a good bit the third week of Jan. and can bring it if I find it. Was there the 22 and 24 but didn't have time to visit then.

Oh, check the roundup forum about the spring swap. Hope you and others from that way can come.
Have they always charged for their catalogue?
yea i cant at the moment pay for their catalogue. we are struggling to buy our home we just closed on. they gave us three weeks to come up with our first payment. and my memebrship here is almost due. oh well i guess i will look at their site.
Roz, I'm so glad I got the Tacoma start from you. Last year I learned how to get the seed to grow and am hoping that the new orange one I bought will make seed this year. Both are doing well in the basement, which reminds me....I better go water.
HI PAM Good to talk to you! I have the baleria too, the purple kind, but cannot get it to root so I can share. I do love this plant. Be sure you give me a call when you hit town, would love to visit.
