I lost 30 lbs. in the early part of this year and have gained more than half of it back with stressors (trust me, these were life-and-death). Now, instead of having to lose the last 55 lbs. of this wt., I need to lose at least 70!
Gastric bypass isn't an option as I have to lift my daughter to and from her wheelchair and cannot be out of commission. It's gotta be, "Nose to the grindstone," watching portions and doing the exercise.
I could REALLY use support when the stress gets overwhelming! Is there an organized weekly weigh-in sorta thread that I can join? If not, is there any interest?
