I did ok yesterday, but I am fairly upset because of a problem I am having with my cell phone company T mobible. I was offerred 200 bonus minutes if I gave up free nights. Then after three months, they took away the 200 free minutes. The claim the free 200 was only for three months. I ended up with a huge phone bill. I have trying to think about what I should do. Should I pay the unfair bill or not pay the unfair bill? I am able to change to a different provider on January 20, but so far I can't find one with free minutes all the time. I think free minutes all the time would be best, to prevent stressfull events such as this one from occurring. Often when I am doing ok, bad stress can push me into an eating binge. I really hope this does not happen. I am therefore so worried that it will, I am doubling my efforts to eat careful. What other things are helpful? I know that I should not be this upset about it, there are more important things, but I am also worried, I will lose my phone number. I will also lose my phone because t mobile will not unlock my phone, and so I will have to buy a new phone which I don't actually need. However, the bill was so huge (in the hundreds of dollars) that it is probably cheaper to buy a new phone then pay the bill. But, of course, I have to worry about my credit rating.
