I just found a marvelous Jenn-Air stove at the thrift store. It has those lovely sealed "HOB" style burners, with the sections that unplug and I can change to a griddle or grill! I'm in heaven, especially since it only cost me $50! My problem is, it is also a regular or convection oven. And since it came from the thrift store, I didn't get a book. How do I use the convection part? What is the difference? I think I have heard it cooks faster but how much? Do you change the heat setting? Help!
