htop does this plant produce seeds?

San Antonio, TX(Zone 8b)

It produces seedpods. It is not growing in my yard. I will try to gather some seedpods if there are any on the plant that have not already dispersed their seeds. I will let you know if I find any.

Thank you! :)

htop, are the flowers scented like Tecoma stans?

San Antonio, TX(Zone 8b)

I didn't notice a scent. When I see the owners I will ask them and let you know. It will be after Christmas. I will get back with you. Thanks for asking. That is a good question.

Another fabulous photo, htop! I love the way you caught the drop just ready to drip! Thanks.

Thanks, roshana. This was just a lucky shot. The reflection of the bloom and foliage in the raindrops is what I was really pleased about. I hadn't noticed it until I examined the photo at home.

Lilypon-- My mom has this plant in her backyard-- or so she said the name of it was 'yellow bells' and the flowers look the same, minus the red coloring. I got a ton of seeds from it over the holidays if you would like some for sase or trade. just email me.
