deep fried turkey

just had a x-mas party at work and we deep fried an 18 pound turkey in 60 minutes. first time i've tried a bird this way and it was very moist it took 1/2 hour to get the oil to the 350 degree temperature. both dark meat and white meat came out perfect and was surprised that there was no peanut oil taste.
