Sorry I have not been cooperating here. I got the flu 9 days ago and am just going back to work today, only about 65% well. And yes, I got the flu shot but this strain was not part of the vaccine.
I try really hard to avoid folks with the flu or colds because I don't want to bring it home to my husband who has a heart condition. It amazes me how many people will go out into the public when they are sick and spread it to everyone else. Some folks are even proud of working while they are sick, not thinking of all their co-workers they are infecting.
I don't even know what I weigh, but I doubt I have gained any as food has not appealed to me at all. I guess I'm not going to try to diet again until after Christmas. Are we going to start a new Challenge after Jan 1? I hope so.
