How can I get rid up this?

I run the spybot and that usually picks up any hitchhikers but I can not find this one. Clearing the cache & cookies hasn't helped either. This is the place that is causing problems tnc4u.com/ads/ie2.php I can't find it on a search and I don't know what to look for. Virus checker is coming up clean...
