msn mail help

I have a good friend, who is not computer saavy, and has msn mail. None of my emails get through, whether from charter mail, or my own website mail service. She says there are no mail filters engaged. I cannot help her as I don't use msn.

Anyone have a clue why my mail doesn't go through?
