Azure Stonecrop, Blue Stonecrop (Sedum caeruleum)

Those are cute babies! I am assuming that these must reseed freely, judging from your other photos. Pretty little blue flowers. I like the low growing sedums. Are you using this for a ground cover? Thanks for the photo.

Last summer was the first year I grew it. This picture is the seedlings that I had winter sown in a covered container. I planted them in Febuary and they germinated in spring. I'm hoping they'll reseed but I won't know until the next gardening season gets underway.

OK. Thanks for letting me know, poppysue. Good luck with them!

These are interesting sedum, annual. I wonder if they would do well in our cool summers?

They prolly would, Weez. I wish I had been able to collect seeds but it didn't seem like there was anything there when I checked them.

Boy, isn't that the case with sedum! I collect seedheads, but they look empty. If I run them through a small screen sieve, there are seeds, but they are sure small.
