3 C. cooked squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion
8 oz. sour cream
Ritz Crackers
1 C. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz. Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
1 cube butter
Mix all indredients except butter, one oz. stuffing and 1/4 C. grated cheese.
Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish and cover bottom with 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers, then cover with squash mixture. Mix 1 C. Ritz crackers, 1 oz. stuffing mix and 1/4 C. cheese and place on top of squash. Dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
