New Comput er and Learning Windows XP

On my old computer I had scanned pages from an AutoCAD instruction manual and put them in my Imaging Program then had to use Irfanview to resize, after resizing and filed on my documents they became imagining pictures again but the size I desired.

Now when I open a chapter it shows all the pages in the chapter and can move from one to another page. This I like but I can't get them large enough to read. Have installed basic Irfanview and can enlarge the way I want but one page at a time. I think there is a way of doing all of them at the same time with Irfanview. Am I wrong?

I think I should backup a little. I had to reinstall Irfanview on my new computer but the format was much different then when I did it the first time. It showed a list of extensions, didn't know whetherI should check any or not and finally didn't. Should I have done so? Didn't download any plugins, didn't know which ones I should have, are there particular ones I should use or download all of them.

This will only be the start of questions I will ask about XP before I am through.
