7 varieties of Galanthus are now flowering in my garden. This is the trickle before the rush. Blooming just now is elwesii heimalis, plicatus 'Three Ships', elwesii 'Hayden', reginae-olgae, elwesii 'Faringdon Double' and 'Castlegar'.

Galanthus elwesii var elwesii.

This form of Galanthus elwesii differs from G. elwesii var monostictus - see 'Hayden' at the top - by having either two green marks on the inner petal or a solid one.
