Looking for congealed salad

My grandmother always made a salad for the holidays with a raspberry or strawberry jello base. It had ground cranberries and chopped celery and usually served in a square on a lettuce leaf with a dollop of mayo on top. anyone have this recipe? (There could have been other ingredients or different ones, but I remember it as red and had ground cranberries in it. It was almost crumbly in texture due to the ingredients)
