Double Layered Chocolate Cream cheese pie

Temple, GA(Zone 7b)

Ingredients:
1. 1-4 oz cream cheese, softened
2. 1 tbsp sugar
3. 2 cups + 1 1/2 tbsp cold milk
4. 1 tub 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
5. Keebler chocolate pie crust
6. 2 pkgs Chocolate Jell-o Pudding (4 serving size)

I always double and make 2 pies. They are so great, for my bunch 1 is never enough!

In med size mixing bowl, mix softened cream cheese, 1 tbsp sugar, + 1 1/2 tbsp sugar, and 1 1/2 tbsp milk. Using a whisk, mix well. Add 3 oz cool whip and blend very well! In seperate bowl, Make jell-o as box says, then add rest of Chocolate pudding. You can get x-tra cream cheese and add to chocolate pudding layer. I always do. I just added that myself. About 4 oz. c. cheese sofened really good and blend in well. That way if you want to make 2 pies you'll have 4 more oz of cream cheese for the second one.
Put cream cheese and rest of cool whip. Put cream cheese and cool whip layer 1st, then chocolate pudding layer last. Decorate however you want!
Yum! Yum! I want one already!

Thanks,
Traci S
