My Cat Has Worms!!

Not the greatest subject to talk about, but my oldest cat, Sly, has worms. The kind that come out of her bottom looking like little white segments..then they fall of and look like rice. She is around 14, but healthy and is eating and drinking well. I was wondering if anyone knows of a natural remedy for this kind of worm? And should I treat my other cats, even though I haven't noticed that any of them have them, too? Can people pick up this kind of worm from cats? She likes to sleep with us, but I am not sure that's a good idea...she misses me (or should I say my feet!) at night! Thanks for any help!
