Most of those nanas & palms were in my office. One was rescued from the garbage behind Vons (so embarrasing... my huby stuck it in the trunk of the car) & all of them were saved from my "indoor tropic containers".I can't believe only 5 years ago that hill was covered with ivy.

Wow. That is quite an accomplishment. It's a gorgeous hillside. That's so cute that you rescued one from impending death. I've purchased dying plants for a $1 in order to rescue them too:-)
