Morning all! It's a cold dark rainy day here. Hope all of you are staying warm.

I've had an on again off again two weeks but I HOPE that I'm back on track. I do know that my accountability to all of you helps as well as your support. I just read an article that 5 women in a physicians office went down the weight loss road together and as a result of being there for each other, were more successful. On each others birthday, they had one cupcake with a candle and then split it five ways LOL.

I haven't even gotten near the scales. Hope you all are doing well...hugs all around!
