Mountain Treasure by Snowhermit

This was probably one of my favorite brugs this fall. It was grown from one of Terry's seeds and I love it. It got so nice and dark. I can't wait to see what it will do next year. This picture was taken Sept. 8. Okay, won't bore you anymore for a while.

Shirley .... your post have been far from boring. Post away. That is a beauty.

Ellabell, GA(Zone 8a)

It's beautiful Brugie.
I don't think you can bore a bunch of brug deprived brug nuts with photos of brugs!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

I wish I had good pictures that I could post, but not having blooms until fall didn't leave me a lot to work with. I think I only got one good bloom on Creamsickle and most of my pictures are of whole plants or groups of plants and not up close enough to really see the color and shape. I'm going to have to work at taking better pictures next year. Thanks everyone. Now it is time for me to get ready for the recliner and the news. It is sounding like snow tomorrow night. Hey, it will be something different and might break up the boredom. Have a good night!!

Pretty picture Shirley. That's a nice brug.

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

Oh Shirley you could never bore us with such beauties.

Jones Creek, TX(Zone 9a)

I agree too....those are all just beautiful and a joy to look at while we all sit and wait. Post the trees to Shirley, it gives us something to compare to. I have no idea of what the trees can look like and need more info so I can judge where to plant them. Good thing I know some can get to be giants or I sure would have planted them in some bad spots that wouldn't have worked to good.
I had a mental picture of them only getting to be maybe the size of Daturas..... with a few random one getting tall.. boy was I wrong and thanks to some of the photos and information I saved myself some greif........

Now that things are slow is the best oppurnituty for you Pro's to educate us newbe's.......right......
Post away old post are fine and we would love tips and information on how to do these.......
Thanks again for the post all

That is awesome that Terry has produced these awesome series of Brugmansias. Are we allowed to know what the parents are? Thanks!
