Yes he is and Reagan was a good looking man in his time too. Alzheimer's is a sad disease.
My son sad it was sad meeting him. Reagon's Alzheimer's was pretty well advanced when Wayne met him. He kept telling our son that it was so good to seem him again and, of course, they had never met before. I believe Nancy kept an office open for Reagon until it was no longer possible for him to go there. This picture was taken about 7 yrs. ago, when our son was just a couple of years out of college.
