What a week - busy, busy, busy. I definitely appreciate the chaos - puts me in "auto-pilot" eating mode. My tuna salad for lunch (I gave up on turkey salad for the obvious reasons) plus the last of the low carb appetizer cheesecake. Body seems to be stalling again - wonder if I jinxed myself by reporting the great progress earlier. I've reallocated my caffeine for the week (used to be no more half a cup of real coffee mixed in with my one cup of decaf every morning.) Going forward, I'll only drink a cup of real coffee the evening that I go to the gym, relying on the caffeine boost to push me harder at the gym.
