Creamed Spinach
1 10-ounce package frozen spinach
1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well. Stir together softened cream cheese, butter and nutmeg. Stir in spinach. Spoon into lightly greased small casserole dish and sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
