I think your picture is Asarina. It looks like what I grow and I have heard it called creeping gloxinia, creeping snapdragon, chickabiddy and more. Here is a link:

It is listed a a perennial/annual depending on your zone but mine is in a sheltered area & never even dies back. Blooms all winter. If you are not able to find any I will try to figure out how to save some seed for you. I just love it. The leaves are small & delicate and cover like ivy and the flowers look like tiny gloxinias. Mine is still in the pot I planted the seeds in way back when, but it had started climbing up the frame of my starting rack & it looked so pretty that I just left it. But I AM going to buy some of the different colors and put it in my flowerbeds as a ground cover like I do with the diascia.
