Congratulations!!!!
I spent quite a bit of time going through the photos in all the areas. It was hard to vote in some cases. All are great pictures.
Fabulous pics. It was very hard to vote.
I agree it was very had to vote, but I did get the brug votes done. Donna
Congrats to all the winners.... There was allot of great pictures.
There were so many beautiful pictures. I was honored to be one of the winners in the Brug contest and I thank everyone for their votes.
I also agree it was very hard to vote with so many wonderful pictures entered.
My favorite pictures of all the contests were Happenstances in the Landscape contest. She has 3 that are so amazing. Go take a look.
I so enjoyed looking at all that were entered!
Is that your yard Happenstance? What a pond! What clear shots. Remind me of your type camera again? Was it an Olympus older model? Do you just point and shoot or do you do a lot of manual controls? I am so impressed!
Thanks all for voting for my picturess. I so enjoy taking pictures. I remember my first posts here were PLEASE help me with this camera! LOL. Now I love taking pictures of my flowers as much as I do taking care of my plants. A whole new love!

Kell and all you other winners have some amazing images that were entered. Congrats to everyone, especially all the members who took the time to vote. It was a daunting task to choose so few from so many wonderful pictures. Such beautiful plants and great ideas to inspire next year's efforts.
Thanks for the kudos Kell.....I do covet your big brugs, but seeing the pictures is the next best thing. :-) Yes, that's my pond and my water puppies in those three images, taken on 3 seperate days.
My camera is a Nikon CoolPix 995 and deserves the giant's share of credit for my images, about 3 years old and apparently not made anymore from what I hear. I am definitely a point and shoot photographer. The camera is capable of a lot of manual controls.....but I'm not! Since I'm pretty nearsighted, when I set the focus manually......well let's just say the images have a certain Monet quality about them. And NOT in a good way, just plain out of focus!
The pond waterfall has been reworked since the "Water Puppies" picture was taken in mid-August. My husband sails the Bay and brings me home wonderful driftwood to work into the "decor" of the pond perimeter. Here's an image taken on Halloween when the puppies were looking for treats.
Beautiful, how large is the pond?
Congratulations to all winners!!! Beautiful pictures!!!

The pond is about 22 x 18, there's more info about the evolution of the pond over on the Water Gardens forum:
