Need recipe for treat made with chowmein noodles..

Hello all! Hope everyone is doing well. I'm trying to find a recipe for a treat where you use chowmein noodles and dip it in chocolate or almond bark (Im going to try cinnomin chips this year). I have no idea what the name of the treat is and cannot find my recipe to save my life.

Can anyone help?
