Need squash meatloaf recipe

I overheard someone talking about stuffed squash filled with pork meatloaf and topped with cheese.

Sounded good anyone have a recipe like this?

I have some nice butter cup type winter squashes that look like may hold quite a bit of meat product. Thanks Ernie
