Is it possible to purchase a new computer part by part? This way I can eventually have an 'expensive' computer with all the gadgets and whistles I want, but not pay for it at one time. Do I have to stay with the same manufacturer? Say purchasing over a year's time? If it can be done, is Ebay a good place to buy the different components?
