Changing Administrator name in XP

Howdy folks, I just checked out for a cool one last Sept. but I am back again. I am the sole user of my computer and therefore the Administrator. I want to change my name as it is possible that it is corrupted, but I do not want to lose any personal files,etc. I have already created the new name, also as an Administrator, but have not changed e-mail settings. I can copy/paste some files but if anyone has any tips to make it easier I will be thankful. Have a great Turkey day, Woody
