Banana Nut Cake
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant banana pudding
1/4 cup oul
4 eggs
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Confectioners' sugar
In mixer beat together the cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs and water on
medium speed for 2 minutes.
Mix in the banana and nuts.
Bake in a greased 13 x 9" baking pan in a 350 F. oven for 50 to 55
minutes.
Sprinkle over with the confectioners' sugar.
