A.O.L. ?Sign on problems

For the last week I have had the hardest time signing on and keeping a connection. I was wondering is it just me that has experienced this or is it common for A.O.L. to go turttle speed.

I also see connections of as low as 9600 and that gets absolutely no results. I have this on a dedicated phone line so nothing to interfere with A.O.L. but A.O.L it's self.

Do you think I should get a new provider. Thanks Ernie
