old timey recipe?????

i am looking for a recipe but i dont know if it is an old timey one or not but wanted to see if anyone could help me with the amount of the ingredients. you use peanut butter chocolate chips or bars and corn flakes. you melt the peanut butter and chocolate chips together and pour the cornflakes in when melted and put spoonfull on wax paper to cool, the problem i am having is how much of the ingredients to use to make this. if anyone could help me i would apppriecate it thanks so much
