electrocuted printer, scanner, speakers

We had a 3 day outage with the storm last weekend, and although I had everything off and on surge protectors, I lost one printer (the good one), one scanner (the old one), and the speakers to the PC, which I almost never use anyway. I also lost the 4 port USB hub that I was using with the iMac. the computers are all fine.

What do I do with the printer - Epson Stylus Photo 785EXP, and the scanner - Agfa Snapscan 1212p? Is there someplace that could take them and refurbish them? It seems a waste to jus tthrow them out.
