I have not been eating that good. Healthy foods but too much of them. Plus I constandly want to snack. I don't have a problem with things like oreos, since I was never one for them, even as a child, I did not like them. But, my weakness is for fatty foods, chesse, french fries, the really good ones. Hopefully, today, I can do better and add more fruits and vegtables to my diet.
