This is Shaq. I don't have him anymore but I have always wondered what the name for his color pattern is. The books always show the koi displaying red, white, and/or black and ones that are solid yellow, but I've not seen a picture of one like this, who is yellow, white, and black. Maybe it doesn't even have a Japanese name. This seems to be the most common color for sale around here and maybe it is of no value in Japan.
