Do any of you want a cutting of the Hawaiian DBl White to work with? I grew it from a 6" log I recieved last winter. It sent up 4 nice straight stalks from the base that grew to be about 9' tall and Y'd immediately and has bloomed huge blooms all season long. It is still blooming. I'm going to have to cut back the last 2 stalks I have left soon if any of you are intrested in a piece. Just let me know.
Please let me get hybridizers first then may fill a few other request if I have any left.

Donna, I would love to try a piece. What would you like in trade for it.
Patricia
Donna, you have mail.
Larry
Mine did not bloom this summer, but L said it was a nice one with the longest length between the skirts as any he'd seen, so I have kept it. Sure glad I did, it is a beauty.
Thanks for sharing.
It is beautiful, but there is no room at the inn. Thanks Donna. Maybe another time.

Edited: I'd like to try again. The cutting you sent me several weeks ago has bit the dust - gone mushy. It was doing great for a week or so then shrivelled up. It got no more water than the others which are doing fine.

Vickey you may have one in your cuttings that are on the way. I cut 1 stalk and got about 8 cuttings but had 16 boxes to fill so I did ennie, minnie, miney, mo to pick and put them in boxes. I only know 2 that I put them in for sure because they had requested them.
Oh, that is beautiful!!!
hi Donna,
Do you grow them from seeds?
The flower is beautiful!

Thank you, Donna.

Anna I didn't but both stalks have small seed pods on them know that the temps have dropped. I am going to root the tops and hopefully save the pods. Sometimes they make it but usually they drop off.
Gorgeous Donna,What a beauty!
Root you got one since you requested whites as your favorites.
Wow that is beautiful. I was born in Hawaii but didn't know anything about brugs back then.
Not sure if I was Ennie Minnie Miney or Mo?But Thank you this is a great looking Brug,I sure am glad I like the whites!!!!
