System Configuration Utility

When I go to System Configuration Utility>Startup, 2 unwanted choices are there. OrbitUpdate and OrbitView. I have unchecked each, but want to delete them if possible. Just don't like them 'laying' around.

I use SpyBot and Ad-aware twice a week.

Can these 2 choices be deleted?
