Day two of the holiday challenge and I haven't gained any weight yet LOL....I've already done my entire fitness routine and even walked the mountain one and a half times. Might increase it to twice. There are trails up and down and all around so I can pretty much walk as little or as much as I want. It's as much for my spiritual well-being as well as physical. I alway listen to one decade of the rosary while walking "up yonder" but I've added another prayer tape as well that I recorded myself years ago. Keeps me moving :-) Have a GREAT day everyone and hugs to all!
