Morning All! Back on track after taking a day off. I hit the bricks at 5:00 this morning and did my fitness walk. I also lifted weights and did the 8 minute taebo. Woodstock is telling me it's time to head up the mountain LOL. I did around 1130 in calories yesterday. I know, not enough. Have a GREAT Wednesday everyone and hugs to all!
