Nov 10, 2003 - I'm baaack!

Hello everyone! Life has just been too crazy and hectic lately. And $$$ are a little tight so I had to hold off resubscribing until the next credit card cycle.

It will take me awhile to catch up on everyone's posts. I sure did miss you all.

My dad is going through his ups and downs. Right now he seems to be listening to me and my brother-in-law the best. I find that draining and my two sisters really try. He and my mom did go to a 50th Korean Vet reunion in Branson. They ended up renting a car on my strong suggestion since their other car was acting up.

I was in Phoenix last week helping with a workshop. People were complaining how "cold" it was. The temps were in the upper 60's. Got a direct flight back to Omaha and had to chuckle at some of the people who were headed there with shorts on. I'm sure they were shocked as temps were in 30's.

We had our cows/heifers preg tested today and they all settled. With the exception of one heifer, they should calve within the March to April range. The woman I work with is hinting at me to come work full time. I told her not until after calving and lambing.
