Well, I figured out what is making me crazy. Yahoo mail has diet ads on the in box. It alternates between Atkins weight watchers, Dr Phil, and South Beach. But, more Atkins then anything, is very disturbing. Atkins has photos of women with flat stomachs and even photos of women's butts flashing in my face. It feels almost like prono. Not to insult Atkins but if they are trying to get some crediabity, they had better stop doing that.

Please post in any thoughts about your progress today. I am doing so so right now.
